Palm Lake Resort Yamba Cove is designed as over-50s lifestyle resorts, around 50 homes designed for comfort, safety, and peace of mind. Walsc External Wall System 75 was used to achieve all the things.

Description
Walsc 75mm External Wall System panels were installed on the boundary walls between homes. They provide fire separation (FRL 240/240/180), reduce noise between neighbours, and add thermal insulation of up to R3.63 to keep indoor temperatures more stable all year.
