A contemporary duplex in Ryde with sweeping views towards the Sydney CBD and Harbour Bridge. Built with Walsc External 75mm AAC panels, the project land area spans 764m² and delivers 10 bedrooms across two residences.

Description
Walsc External 75mm AAC panels were used across the facade. Once rendered, the panels give a smooth, seamless finish that brings out the shape of the houses. Behind that finish, the AAC core adds thermal and acoustic insulation as well as fire resistance to the building envelope.
The finished houses look sharp from the street and feels calm and comfortable inside. The project shows how well Walsc panel systems handle design-led residential work.
